After the success of our ‘ Winter Hub Presents BINGO’ event, we have decided here at Morris Healthcare Group to offer a new and exciting service.
At Morris Healthcare Group, we believe that everyone deserves companionship, support, and the confidence to live life to the fullest. Our Befriending & Empowering Service is designed to provide personalised support, promote individuals to maintain independence while improving their overall well-being and sense of purpose.
Providing companionship, enrichment, and support for older adults—helping to combat loneliness and bring joy back into everyday life.
What we offer
✔ Companionship & Emotional Support – Our passionate Befrienders are a friendly face to chat with, reducing loneliness and promoting well-being.
✔ Daily Living Assistance – Help with cooking, light cleaning, and maintaining a comfortable home. Our Befrienders are dedicated to ensuring daily tasks are completed just the way you like.
✔ Shopping & Errands – Accompanied shopping trips with one of our Befrienders or assistance with essential purchases whilst you stay in the comfort of your own home.
✔ Community Access – Accompanied to social events, activities, clubs, or appointments, our Befrienders are fully insured to assist you in the community.
✔ Empowerment & Encouragement – Building confidence to live independently, building friendships and staying active are all key elements in ensuring that our clients are empowered to continue to live a full life of enrichment.
Whether you need occasional visits or regular support, we’re here to help. Let us bring warmth, friendship, and assistance into your life. We believe that tailoring our visits to interests and hobbies of those we support is paramount to a sense of purpose. We’re here to brighten lives—one visit at a time!
Please note that this service does not include any form of personal care, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, or medication administration.
All our staff members are fully DBS checked to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. Whilst we await CQC licence, we will be able to offer regulated care and well-being support in addition to our existing services.
